The Alexander Doll Hospital has been operating for nearly 80 years! In this time, we've performed miracles on many beloved dolls, that often seem more like family members than dolls. Whether you are a collector looking to restore value to a damaged doll, or a mother preparing to pass her favorite childhood doll on to a new generation, we stand ready to apply our years of experience and talented hands to the task. All work is done in our New York headquarters by a caring staff that is made up of dedicated and experienced doll lovers. One of our doll "nurses" - Greta - has been treating dolls for over 50 years! If you come visit our headquarters, be sure to ask to meet her. She's a riot!

When a Doll Arrives at the Hospital:

Once we have received and evaluated your doll, you will be contacted by one of the Doll Hospital staff to discuss what options are available for repair of the doll. At this time, repair charges will be itemized, and you can decide what repairs, if any, you want done.

For payment, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If we do not receive payment within 30 days of the call, your doll(s) will be returned to you without being repaired.
